Wikis - allow users to create and edit pages quickly, while tracking changes and additions, Wikis allow for effective collaboration between multiple writers.
Blogs encourage students to clearly express their ideas to expand various aspects of social learning by using the commenting system, to respond and interact with one another.
Journals are a personal space for students to communicate privately with instructors. Instructors can choose to make journal entries public, allowing all course members to view all entries.
Course Groups allows instructors to create groups of students within a course. These course groups have their own areas in Blackboard Learn to collaborate on course work. These spaces are equipped with tools to assist in the collaborative process.
Blackboard Collaborate is a web conference tool for synchronous meetings, online office hours, and presentations.
